Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Fundraising Manager to lead the development and execution of fundraising strategies that support our mission and long-term growth. The role involves managing and cultivating donor relationships,

Key Responsibilities

- Donor Cultivation & Stewardship





- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, corporate partners and foundations

- Develop tailored engagement plans to increase donor retention and lifetime value.

- Oversee donor recognition and stewardship programs.

- Grant Management

- Research and identify grant opportunities.

- Prepare compelling grant proposals and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

- Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead, mentor, and motivate fundraising staff and volunteers.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with program, finance, and communications teams.

Requirements

We are looking for people who:

- Proven fundraising experience

- Solid understanding of donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship practices.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
