Working hand in hand with marketing leaders and technology teams, you will translate business vision into compelling digital experiences that deepen customer engagement and accelerate the organization's digital transformation journey. Drive best practices across architecture, CI/CD, security, and performance to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure digital solutions. Operate within the D&T; platform model, partnering with Platform Architects, Delivery Leads, and Product Leads to co-own platform OKRs, backlog, and enforce reference architectures and guardrails. Collaborate closely with marketing and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions while mentoring engineers and fostering continuous improvement. Lead the technical delivery, enhancement, and optimization of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other marketing SaaS platforms.



Design and implement up-to-date digital experiences using React, Java, .NET, APIs, and cloud services, enabling seamless integration with custom applications and enterprise systems. Architect solutions aligned with headless principles, standardized technology stacks, and clear system boundaries, prioritizing reuse of platform capabilities and productized services over custom development. Work in close partnership with the business in a global, diverse, and intercultural environment.
