Position Title: Legal - Commercial & Compliances

Reporting To: Lead Exports & Outbound Logistics

Strategic Responsibilities

Implement cost effective policies for dispatching and exports

Position Purpose

The Team Exports & Outbound Logistics is responsible for monitoring excise, prohibition, customs and all other exports related activities.

Operational Responsibilities

- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per the business plan

- Ensure Day to Day Finished goods Inventory and arrange of dispatch as per scheduled Plan (Domestic and Export)

- Preparation of Export Document for Direct Export/merchant Export/Export to SEZ.

- Checking of GST documents & its entry.

- Ensure cost efficient logistics and timely dispatch of finished goods

- Making Applicatioin to file Bill of Export for suopply of goods to SEZ under Advance License.

- Ensure proper check of pre and post shipment documentation

- Arrangement & Ensure Statutory documents as per the GST Act for Merchant Export from marketing team.

- Monitor physical movement of FG for direct sale /Stock transfer as per plan.

- Renew statutory documents /License Timely.

- File returns under Narcotics / Prohibition /Agriculture.

- Maximize rebate/Duty Drawback from various authorities under Excise / Prohibition / Customs on time





- Maintain records as per the ISO Audit and as per the requirement of other Internal/External Audit team.

- Ensure proper EWAY Bill preparation for domestic/Export/SEZ for inter and intra state supply.

- Preparation of Truck around Time (TAT) Report.

- Physical verification of FG Stock on Monthly basis and its reconsillation.

- Proper house keeping of FG Warehouse as well as work area.

- Verification of vehicle condition as per newly introduce check list.

Financial Responsibilities

- Ensure of mandatory documents along with vehicle like GST Invoice, Test Report , Eway Bill , Packing list, L/R etc

People Responsibilities

- Inform & discuss quality related matters with Lead Exports & Outbound Logistics

- Ensure smooth working of the department and maintain cordial relations with peers

- Attend on job training to enhance skills and knowledge

Education Qualification

- B. Com ; PG - MBA/PGDM Graduate – Any specialization

Work Experience

- 5-7 years of experience in excise and dispatch

Industry to be Hired from

- Any industry - Preferable chemical industry

Functional Competencies

- Sound knowledge of GST / Prohibition / Customs & Dispatch documents for effective functioning of department

- Knowledge of SAP

- Exhibits robust adherence to systems and processes
