We are seeking an experienced and passionate Learning Specialist with deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Data Science to join our growing Learning & Development (L&D;) team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning programs that empower our technical teams and upskill talent in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science. You will play a critical role in shaping our technical training curriculum and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Design:
Design and structure technical learning paths focused on Python programming, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Science fundamentals using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Content Development:
Create engaging and hands-on learning content, including tutorials, code notebooks, exercises, and assessments. Ensure alignment with industry standards and organizational needs.
- Training Delivery:
Facilitate interactive workshops, bootcamps, and 1:1 coaching sessions for internal teams, ensuring high learner engagement and knowledge retention.
- Subject Matter Expertise:
Serve as the in-house expert for AI/ML training needs. Stay updated on the latest developments in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch,



and the broader data science ecosystem.
- Learning Evaluation:
Use learning metrics and feedback mechanisms to assess training effectiveness and continuously improve delivery methods and content.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with engineering, product, and HR teams to identify skill gaps, define training goals, and implement customized learning interventions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5–15 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on expertise in PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of data science, including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, model evaluation, and statistical analysis.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training or mentoring in qualified or academic settings.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics in a simplified, engaging manner to diverse learner groups.
- Experience using Jupyter Notebooks, Git, and other modern data science tools.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
- Experience with e-learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Coursera, custom LMS) is desirable.

Nice to Have:

- Certifications in machine learning, AI, or instructional design.
- Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI).
- Familiarity with curriculum development standards such as ADDIE or Bloom’s taxonomy.
