- 4–7 years of hands-on experience building scalable web services and RESTful APIs.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take end-to-end responsibility for assigned modules and deliverables.
- Proven capability to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making and best practices.
Technical Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Python or Java,
with solid experience in relevant frameworks.
- Solid experience working with at least one cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong foundation in Linux-based environments.
- Hands-on experience with backend and distributed systems using technologies such as:
- Python, Falcon, Go
- MongoDB, Scylla
- Kafka
- AWS services (SQS, S3)
- - Familiarity with large-scale data processing or streaming technologies such as Kafka, Spark, Storm, or Samza is a plus.
