We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across modern frontend and backend technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience leading engineering initiatives in dynamic, agile environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with a focus on architecture, design, and implementation.
- Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Software Design Principles.
- Proficient in C#, .NET Core, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and frontend frameworks such as React, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, and SASS.
- Experience working with Cosmos DB, Elastic Search,



and SQL Server.
- Proficient programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs and external libraries.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web service architectures.
- Skilled in performance tuning, debugging, and memory optimization.
- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing frameworks, and modern software architectural patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring frameworks, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Jira, and Google Analytics (where applicable).
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality software in rapid-paced, Agile development environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in distributed cross-functional teams.
