Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results -driven Lead Generation Specialist with experience in international and IT sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating high -quality leads, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and generate new business leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, etc.)
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies including cold calling and email marketing
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and pass them to the sales team
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects in international markets
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow -ups in CRM tools
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize lead generation efforts
- Develop a strong understanding of company offerings in IT/software services
Required Skills
- Experience in International Sales / IT Sales / B2B Sales
- Strong expertise in Lead Generation and Business Development
- Proficiency in Cold Calling and Email Marketing
- Understanding of Global Sales processes and client handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target -driven environment
