## What youu2019ll do:nnThe Lead Engineer u2013 Industrialisation is responsible for leading manufacturing process industrialisation and quality integration to ensure products and processes are safe, capable, repeatable, and production-ready. This role provides technical and people leadership across Manufacturing Engineering and Quality, ensuring robust process design, validation, and standardization from engineering release through sustained production. nn * Lead industrialisation of manufacturing processes, production lines, tooling, and workstations.n * Define and approve manufacturing routings, standard work, work instructions, layouts, and tooling concepts.n * Drive DFMA, line balancing, capacity analysis, and process simplification initiatives.n * Ensure alignment of EBOM, MBOM, and SBOM.n * Support production ramp-ups, engineering changes, and process stabilization.n * Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems and customer requirements.n * Lead PFMEA, Control Plans, capability studies, and process validation.n * Address process-related non-conformances, scrap, and rework.n * Embed error-proofing, standard work,



and visual management.n * Drive structured problem solving using A3 and 8D.n * Lead and develop Manufacturing / Industrialisation Engineers.n * Establish engineering standards and best practices.n * Promote a culture of quality ownership and continuous improvementnnnn## Qualifications:nnRequirement:nn * Masters / Bachelors in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical or electrical engineeringn * Minimum 12+ years of experience in a manufacturing workplace; 5+ years of Industrialisation experience would be preferrednnnn## Skills:nn * Candidates having valid US Visa(B1/B2) will be an added advantagen * Demonstrated expertise in DFMA to drive manufacturability, cost efficiency, and robust process designn * Strong experience in PFMEA and risku2011based process planning to ensure highu2011reliability manufacturingn * Proven ability to optimize production flow through advanced lineu2011balancing and capacity analysisn * Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems with handsu2011on experience ensuring compliance in manufacturing environmentsn * Strong capability in structured problem solving using A3 and 8D methodologies to drive continuous improvementn * Team player, ability to get things done through teams effectivelyn * Managerial courage - doesnu2019t hold back that needs to be said; provides positive u0026 corrective feedbackn * Decision quality - makes good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgmentn * Business acumen - knows how business work; knowledgeable in current and possible future technologiesn * Excellent written and verbal communication skillsn * Position requires 40% travel ( both domestic u0026 International )nnn
