This role leads complex improvement initiatives, establishes scalable standards, and partners with plant leadership to drive datau2011driven decisionu2011making. nThe Lead Industrial Engineer is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, influence crossu2011functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and support strategic manufacturing initiatives across one or multiple sites.nn * Lead plantu2011level and crossu2011plant industrial engineering initiatives to improve productivity, throughput, and cost performancen * Establish, validate, and govern labor standards using engineered methods and datau2011driven analysisn * Drive line balancing, capacity modeling, and staffing optimization aligned to takt and demand variabilityn * Lead complex process design, layout optimization, and material flow improvementsn * Own and deploy standard work, work measurement systems, and IE governance modelsn * Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives (Kaizen events, VSM, SMED, pull systems)n * Identify and resolve systemu2011level constraints and bottlenecks using structured problemu2011solving methodsn * Utilize MES, ERP, and operational data to develop insights, dashboards, and executiveu2011level recommendationsn * Support new product introductions, major line expansions,



and production rampu2011upsn * Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS to improve safety, ergonomics, and product qualityn * Mentor and coach junior Industrial Engineers and support capability buildingn * Present recommendations, tradeu2011offs, and business cases to plant and functional leadership nnnn## Qualifications:nnRequirement:nn * Masters / Bachelors in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical or electrical engineeringn * Minimum 12+ years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environmentnnnn## Skills:nn * Candidates having valid US Visa(B1/B2) will be an added advantagen * Demonstrated expertise in work measurement, labor standards, and productivity systemsn * Strong experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles in production environmentsn * Proven ability to lead crossu2011functional improvement initiativesn * Advanced data analysis skills (Excel required; Power BI, Minitab, or similar preferred)n * Robust communication and stakeholder management skillsn * Ability to operate independently in a fastu2011paced manufacturing environmentn * Team player, ability to get things done through teams effectivelyn * Managerial courage - doesnu2019t hold back that needs to be said; provides positive u0026 corrective feedbackn * Business acumen - knows how business work; knowledgeable in current and possible future technologiesn * Excellent written and verbal communication skillsn * Position requires 40% travel ( both domestic u0026 International ) nnn
