We are looking for a seasoned backend engineer with strong experience in building secure, system-level applications for Linux and Mac environments. This role requires deep expertise in endpoint security, low-level software development, and contemporary programming languages such as Golang, Rust, C++, or C#. The ideal candidate will have a background in cybersecurity, strong debugging skills, and experience working across cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain backend components and system-level software for Linux and macOS platforms.
- Build, package, and release software applications and daemons tailored to endpoint security use cases.
- Implement and enhance endpoint protection features, contributing to the security and performance of our platform.
- Utilize Python and PyTest for writing robust test automation and CI workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure).
- Conduct advanced system-level debugging using tools like GDB or LLDB.
- Contribute to architectural decisions,



security reviews, and product roadmap planning.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of backend systems under a variety of operating conditions.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Golang, Rust, C++, or C#.
- Hands-on experience with Linux and macOS system development, including building and deploying daemons.
- Strong understanding of endpoint security fundamentals and system-level threats.
- Familiarity with Python and test automation using PyTest.
- Cloud platform exposure – either AWS or Azure.
- Advanced debugging skills using GDB or LLDB for low-level system troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with building secure applications in production environments.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a passion for system-level engineering.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and performance optimization.
