- Figuring out the technical needs to team members and solving the technical aspects of their work with them
- Document/create processes
- Communicating any new features or processes with the team
- Write clean, test driven, easily maintainable, modular code
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Perform UI/backend tests to optimize performance
- Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic
- Gather and address technical and design requirements
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify current features
- Follow emerging technologies
- Integrate and maintain various API connections
- Develop various automation processes on various platforms such as Zapier, IFTTT, or simply design manual processes

- Excellent communication skills geared towards communicating with both technical and non-technical parts of the team, acting as translator where needed
- Proven work experience with PHP, JS, CSS, HTML
- Work experience with Laravel and WordPress
- Experience with Vue.js a strong plus
- Ability to find patterns to automate redundant manual tasks
- Linux console skills
- Familiarity with AWS server architecture
- In-depth understanding of the entire development process (design, development, QA, deployment)
- Familiarity with front-end languages and tools (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, etc)
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Teamwork skills with a resourceful problem-solving attitude
