Job Title: Assistant Project Manager/Senior Landscape Architect
Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and managing BIM models for landscape architecture projects.

- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape designs into overall project models.

- Ensuring accuracy, currency, and compliance with industry standards of BIM models.

- Generating detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.

- Participating in project meetings and providing technical support related to BIM.

- Staying updated with the latest BIM technologies and best practices.

Requirements

- Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, Architecture, or a related field.

- Preferred Master’s degree in landscape architecture.

- Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD.

- Most preferred understanding of BIM and software such as Revit, Navisworks, Sketchup.

- Strong grasp of landscape design principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Attention to detail and solid problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with clash detection and resolution in a BIM environment is a plus.
