Your responsibilities will include Execute tests according to established laboratory procedures and methodologies with minimal supervision. Monitor ongoing tests to ensure all requirements are met. Setup and build products and test fixtures. Support Associates in test execution to meet project timelines. Plan the schedule for ILC (Internal Lab Capability), MSE (Material Science Engineering) testing, and Preventive Maintenance in the monthly calendar, coordinating with internal stakeholders (customers). Collaborate with the Lab Supervisor and Lab Team to generate ideas for lean efficiency. Work with CI Engineers to move from idea generation to implementation for 5S/Safety and lab efficiency. Apply 5S principles and drive continuous improvement in 5S/Safety within the labs. Maintain documentation as per NABL requirements (e.g.,
Internal Audit, MRM, Measurement Uncertainty). Prepare test procedures, work instructions, and develop understanding of new standards. Possess positive knowledge of various testing standards (e.g., IS1476, IS15750, IS17550). Possess analytical skills for effective problem-solving. Have knowledge of troubleshooting critical equipment in case of breakdown. Train technicians to perform tests according to testing standards.
