- Familiarity with MIS reporting.

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and regional languages.

- Proficiency in ‘Point of Sale’ (POS) systems / ERP / SAP.

Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations as an Assistant Manager / Store Manager.
- Preferably from an established retail brand.
- Experience in handling customer queries and grievance resolution.
