Eligibility Criteria

Education & Certification:

- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university/college.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is a must.

Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of retail store operations.
- Selling and customer service expertise.
- Knowledge of jewelry categories (Gold, Diamond, Platinum, Silver) will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with MIS reporting.

Skills:

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and regional language.
- Proficiency in POS systems, ERP, or SAP.
- Advanced Excel and spreadsheet handling skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations at Assistant Manager/Store Manager level, preferably with an established retail brand.
- Hands-on experience in customer queries and grievance handling.

- Manage customer follow-ups to build lasting relationships.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
- Handle payment transactions and merchandise delivery preparation.
- Contribute to overall team goals and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and anticipate customer demand.
- Prepare sales and customer relations reports; analyze feedback and resolve complaints.
- Retain existing customers and attract new ones.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth store operations.
- Work on ERP systems and retail platforms such as Magento, Ameo, etc.
