Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Java-based web applications using J2EE technologies.

- Develop user interfaces using JSP, Servlets, and integrate them with backend services via Spring framework.

- Maintain and enhance existing applications developed using Struts (on RMAX) and Spring (on SMAX).

- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to gather and understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

- Develop reusable components and APIs to streamline future development and integration efforts.

- Write and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code while ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.

- Perform code reviews, identify bottlenecks, and provide solutions to optimize performance and improve user experience.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues across application layers – UI, server-side, and database.

- Stay up to date with current trends and best practices in Java development, front-end frameworks, and enterprise application architecture.

Required Skills:





- Solid experience in J2EE technologies including JSP, Servlets, and Spring Framework.

- Solid knowledge and practical experience with Java 7.

- Experience developing web applications with JSP and Servlets in enterprise environments.

- Hands-on expertise in Spring (Spring MVC, Spring Boot), dependency injection, and REST API integration.

- Familiarity with Struts framework is essential, especially for applications on the RMAX platform.

- Strong scripting skills using JavaScript and jQuery for front-end interactions and validations.

- Proficiency in debugging tools and techniques across server-side and client-side environments.

Added Advantages:

- Experience working on SMAX (Service Management Automation X) and RMAX platforms.

- Familiarity with integration of JSP/Spring components on SMAX and Struts on RMAX.

- Exposure to agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins, etc.
