Deliver end-to-end solutions architecture and design for complex cross-domain IT/IS projects in the telecommunications sector. Provide design expertise across the Sell, Build, and Run assurance lifecycle, including incident management. Lead architecture for enterprise products such as Fixed and Mobile Connectivity, Unified Communications, Cloud & Hosting, and Security portfolios. Apply industry frameworks including TOGAF, TM Forum, and UML in solution modelling. Design connectivity products including IPVPN, SDWAN, Ethernet, FTTP, and FTTC. Manage third-party contributions to solution design, ensuring continuity and integration. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, negotiate design decisions, and present solutions clearly. Anticipate objections and collaboratively improve service standards through stakeholder engagement.



Degree-qualified or equivalent technical experience with 12-15+ years in IT/IS architecture within the telecom domain. Proven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional solutions. Strong understanding of Telecom BSS and lifecycle processes such as Lead to Case (L2C) and Trouble to Resolve (T2R). Skilled in applying TOGAF, TM Forum frameworks, and UML standards. Effective communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
