Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
- Draft job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Handle salary negotiations, reference checks, and background verifications.
- Facilitate onboarding, including offer letters, inductions, and team introductions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of positions.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage hiring costs effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in IT recruitment (freshers from tech backgrounds are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive, organized, and a collaborative team player.
