Review End User License Agreements (EULAs) during software procurement to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. Initiate and manage contract requests for new software acquisitions. Coordinate with the legal team to draft and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) as required. Analyze and interpret software contractual clauses, with a strong focus on exhibits and audit provisions. Collaborate with vendors and internal legal teams to negotiate and maintain global software contracts. 5+ years of experience in software contract management, procurement, or vendor management. Strong understanding of software licensing models, EULAs, and global contractual frameworks. Hands-on experience in reviewing and negotiating contractual clauses, including exhibits and audit provisions.



Experience working with legal teams to initiate NDAs and manage compliance requirements. Proven track record in handling Tier 1 software vendors and global software agreements. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred: Master's degree or professional certifications in Contract Management, Software Asset Management (SAM), or IT Procurement. Robust understanding of software licensing models, contractual clauses, and compliance frameworks.
