​We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer with 5–7 years of experience to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in system administration, networking, cloud services, and end-user support across diverse platforms.

Requirements

- Design, configure, and implement LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.

- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and security issues.

- Install and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.

- Manage network security policies, firewall configurations, and access controls.

- Perform regular network maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.

- Good understanding on Server Hardware, Work group/AD Domain, DNS, DHCP, Group policies.

- Strong knowledge on client operating systems for install, upgrade, troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Linux/Mac devices.

- Technical skills related to Scanners/Printers config,



Desktop Patch management, Antivirus, Software Installation.

- Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and any other Hardware devices.

- Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions and provide remote troubleshooting.

- Actively inspecting the servers, networking devices, NAS, and CCTV for optimal device conditions.

- Maintaining inventory of assets, documenting vendor reports, and interacting with vendors.

- Taking full responsibility for the task and ensuring timely delivery / completed.
