- Architect and oversee cloud, network, security, application, and database infrastructure with strong
compliance focus.

- Implement and maintain cybersecurity frameworks aligned with ISO 27001 and IFSCA mandates, including
vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, incident response, and disaster recovery.

- Drive secure software development practices: threat modeling, code reviews, automated testing, and third
party dependency checks.

- Ensure continuous compliance monitoring and evidence collection for audits—system logs, access controls,
change management, and vendor certification.

- Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to embed IT controls in policies and frameworks, supporting
anti -money laundering, KYC, transaction monitoring and client data protection.

- Lead vendor management, infrastructure scalability, and business continuity planning for critical
fin -tech/IFSC systems.

- Mentor and build a high -performing IT team capable of managing complex regulated fin -tech environments.
