- Manage end-user computing, network infrastructure, and in office IT setups
- Coordinate hardware procurement, vendor management, and asset lifecycle tracking
- Oversee LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi deployments, firewalls, and connectivity
- Ensure high availability and uptime of IT systems - Conduct site assessments and IT readiness checks
Applications Management
- Coordinate enterprise applications (ERP/WMS/TMS)
- Manage user access and onboarding/offboarding
- Work with vendors for support and enhancements
- Support integrations (API/EDI)
- Ensure smooth deployment of IT tools
IT Security & Compliance
- Implement IT security policies aligned with global standards
- Manage endpoint security, antivirus, and patching
- Support audits and compliance checks - Coordinate incident response
- Ensure data protection and access governance
IT Financial Management & Governance
- Track IT budgets, vendor invoices, and cost allocations
- Support procurement processes and vendor negotiations
- Maintain asset registers and reconciliation - Monitor IT spend vs budget - Prepare cost visibility reports
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as bridge between local and global IT teams
- Participate in regional/global IT discussions
- Provide clear updates and documentation
- Align with global IT standards
What You Bring:
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Applications, Security, and IT Financials
- Hands-on troubleshooting ability
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience with networking, systems, and ITSM tools preferred
