The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their career goals, and recommending suitable digital marketing courses. The role requires excellent communication skills, counseling ability, and a strong understanding of the digital marketing domain.

Requirements

- Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and walk-ins regarding Digital Marketing courses.

- Understand student requirements and suggest appropriate training programs (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, etc.).

- Explain course details, curriculum, career opportunities, and fee structures clearly.

- Handle end-to-end admission process including follow-ups and conversions.

- Maintain a database of leads and track interactions in CRM systems.

- Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.





- Coordinate with trainers and academic teams for batch scheduling and student onboarding.

- Provide post-admission support and ensure a positive student experience.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in Digital Marketing to guide students effectively.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
