About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quantitative Developer - C++ | Trading Knowledge |

Client Interaction to join our team. In this client-facing role, you will work closely with institutional broking

clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. A strong

foundation in C++ programming, along with a deep understanding of trading systems and institutional

broking workflows, is essential.

What You’ll Do

● Engage with institutional broking clients to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical

requirements.

● Design and develop trading solutions using C++, tailored to client-specific needs.

● Collaborate with internal trading, quant, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust and scalable

solutions.

● Act as a liaison between clients and development teams, ensuring timely and accurate

implementation of features.

● Support deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of trading solutions in live and simulated

environments.

● Maintain documentation for developed tools and systems.





Who We’re Looking For

● Strong proficiency in C++ (preferably modern C++: C++11/14/17).

● Solid understanding of trading concepts, particularly in institutional broking and market

microstructure.

● Experience in requirement gathering and client interaction, ideally in a trading or financial services

context.

● Familiarity with FIX protocol and electronic trading platforms is a plus.

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.

Desired Skills

● Prior experience in a brokerage, HFT, or financial technology environment.

● Exposure to trading APIs, market data feeds, and low-latency systems.

● Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python or Bash) and tools like Git.
