Job Objective : Manage the roll out of SP01 Inventory Management to all full managed ships in accordance with the
agreed time frame
Requirements
Key Accountability Profile :
1. Support roll out plan
- Liaise with SMC to set up and maintain the roll out
plan
- Agree target dates for individual ships
- Monitors roll out
- Report progress to project team
- Identify deviations from plan and act to minimise
impact and maintain time frame
2. Support ship storage hierarchy set up
- Brief ships about storage hierarchy set up and
provide template.
- Check template on receipt, confirm with ship and
upload to PAL
- Verify imported hierarchy is correct and replicates
to ship correctly.
- Monitor transfer of target categories to new
locations in PAL.
