About the Job
Profile Summary
The chief purpose of Learning and Development at PricewaterhouseCoopers Acceleration Centre, Kolkata is to build world-class, future-ready capabilities for maximum client impact, and consistently deliver an exceptional development experience.
The objective of this role is to contribute to the achievement of a highly skilled workforce through managing administration and coordination of the Firm’s learning and development (L&D;) programs.
Job responsibilities:
Develop, deploy, monitor and manage the execution of the annual training calendar to achieve planned annual mandatory training curriculum
Lead and have oversight of end-to-end training administration including determination of target audience, planning cohorts, assignment of appropriate curriculum, monitor and report out training completion to key on shore and offshore stakeholders
Collaborate with key cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies across training lifecycles.
Ensure real-time process (SOP, workflow etc.) and key decision documentation is accurately maintained for any internal and external audit requirements
Ensure optimum staffing across respective L&D; teams
Team management to drive optimal workload, while fostering positive team morale
Lead team members to deliver quality outcomes as per the client's expectations and priorities
Coach and support team members on KPIs and timelines of agreed deliverables
Build effective relationships and communication with key stakeholders onshore and offshore
Prioritize key deliverables daily, lead the team through high priority actions and drive on time completions.
Preferred skills:
Experience: 8-10 years of experience preferably in learning and development, in professional services/financial services with focus on managing mandatory compliance / audit training. 3-5 years of team management experience.
Graduate in any discipline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel and Power Point
Experience in stakeholder management and end-to-end program management
Keen eye for data and analysis
Familiarity with Analytics and learning technologies is an added advantage
Experience working in a global/cross cultural environment.
