VSI Infotech LLP is looking for a skilled Integration Support Executive to enhance our integration services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting software integrations for our diverse range of clients. Your primary focus will be to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the integration process while ensuring a positive client experience. You will collaborate with both clients and internal development teams to ensure seamless integration solutions are delivered effectively. Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with the integration of our software solutions, providing technical support and guidance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with software development and engineering teams to relay client feedback and improve integration processes.
- Develop training materials and documentation to aid clients in the integration process.




- Monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Participate in integration project meetings to provide insights and updates on client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to software integration.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably involving software integration.
- Solid understanding of APIs, web services, and integration methodologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with integration tools and technologies is an advantage.
- Knowledge of payment processing systems is a plus.
