We’re Hiring – Institutional Partnership Executive

Location: |Thiruvananthapuram/ Allepy Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Institutional Tie-up (Primary Focus)

- Proactively engage with universities and training centers through cold calling and follow-ups.

- Negotiate agreements and build a robust candidate pipeline.

Local Agency Tie-up (Shared Responsibility)

- Coordinate with select local agencies to source CVs.

- Maintain relationships and ensure CV delivery meets hiring targets.

Requirements

- Excellent phone communication and follow-up skills

- Experience in relationship management, sales, or recruitment

- Strong negotiation skills and persistence to drive successful tie-ups
