Job Description & Summary:



Experienced SAP Signavio Senior Associates with a strong background in Business Transformation and Process Minning experience.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with client's senior leadership and project implementation teams to define transformation objectives and develop a comprehensive business & ERP transformation strategy.

- Utilize transformations tools to map out current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized workflows.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and their usage in ERP systems and possess knowledge of tools to utilize process mining and modeling capabilities.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation by analyzing existing processes and their execution in ERP systems.

- Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gain buy-in/ support for transformation projects.

- Provide training and support to teams

- Oversee multiple transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications in process management, project management (e.g., PMP), and Signavio are plus
