In capital markets accounting advisory services at PwC, you will focus on providing strategic guidance on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures and capital markets topics. You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals (both public and private) and other transformational business events that may impact an organisation’s value.

Job Description & Summary The Firm's Assurance Services provides assurance on the financial performance and operations of a client’s business, helps businesses improve external financial reporting and adapt to new regulatory requirements as per state laws/international standards. The Assurance group can also help organizations report externally on non-financial information, strengthen its corporate governance procedures, and achieve social and economic goals related to corporate sustainability. Financial audits provide an independent opinion on a company's financial report and are a critical element in the capital markets system. Capital Market and Accounting Advisory Services is a dedicated global team of professionals that provides high-value advisory services under IFRS, Indian GAAP and Ind AS along with capital markets services.

*Responsibilities: · Lead and manage a team of approximately 8-10 transaction processors handling banking transactions such as deposits, payments, withdrawals, and loan operations · Oversee daily transaction processing operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion across shifts · Utilize transaction processing software proficiently and drive automation and process improvements · Monitor team performance, provide coaching,



and facilitate training to enhance skills and operational efficiency · Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and implement best practices in transaction processing · Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal controls within transaction processing activities · Manage resource allocation and scheduling to accommodate shift timings effectively · Prepare and present reports on team performance and operational metrics

*Mandatory skill sets · Graduate or equivalent qualification · Proficient in English (reading and writing) · Experience of 7-10 years in transaction processing within banking, covering deposits, payments, withdrawals, and loan operations · Proven experience managing large teams (8-10 people) · Available to work across shift timings · Adept at using transaction processing software

*Preferred skill sets · Robust knowledge of banking transaction operations and compliance requirements · Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

*Years of experience required · 7-10 years relevant experience with team management exposure
