As a seasoned Informatica Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the Informatica platform within a highly secure banking environment. This role involves ensuring platform stability, enabling smooth data movement across systems, maintaining strong compliance standards, and providing end-to-end support across development, testing, and production environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless operations, enhance performance, and ensure the platform aligns with rigorous regulatory and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and upgrade Informatica PowerCenter and BDM on Linux environments.
• Set up and manage repository services, integration services, nodes, grids, and high-availability configurations.
• Handle user provisioning, role-based access, and LDAP/SAML-based authentication setup.
• Execute performance tuning activities, including workflow and session optimization, mapping improvements, and pushdown optimization.
• Monitor daily ETL workloads, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis for failures.
• Manage deployment cycles across Dev, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
• Oversee repository backup, restore operations,



and maintain disaster recovery readiness.
• Work with Teradata, Oracle, and Cloudera teams to ensure seamless connectivity and data transfers.
• Manage domain health, node scaling, load balancing, and system failover configurations.
• Maintain audit logs, enforce security hardening, and ensure compliance with local banking regulations.
• Integrate Informatica with enterprise scheduling tools such as Control-M.

What Makes You a Outstanding Fit
• 6–10+ years of strong experience in Informatica administration within complex enterprise environments.
• Solid technical proficiency in Linux and shell scripting to support automation and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated expertise in configuring and managing integrations with Teradata, Oracle, and ODBC-based systems.
• Hands-on experience working with Cloudera or Hadoop ecosystems and Informatica BDM integrations.
• Strong understanding of SSL, certificates, key management, and secure platform practices.
• Familiarity with CDC frameworks and migration from older systems such as IBM DataStage is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in highly secure, compliance-driven environments with strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple technical teams.
