Architecture & Technology Enablement Define target architecture leveraging modern technologies: AI/ML, Cloud-native platforms, Microservices, API-led integration, and Data Analytics. Recommend AI-driven use cases for underwriting, claims automation, fraud detection, and customer personalization. Ensure solutions align with industry standards, security, and compliance requirements. Thought Leadership Stay ahead of emerging trends in InsurTech, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Digital ecosystems. Create POCs and demos to showcase cutting-edge solutions for client engagements. Represent the organization in industry forums, webinars, and client workshops.



Collaboration Work with product teams, delivery units, and technology partners to ensure feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.
