We are seeking an Influencer Marketing professional to strengthen brand presence and engagement across social media platforms. This role focuses on identifying the right content creators, managing influencer collaborations, and driving impactful digital campaigns on platforms like Instagram and YouTube. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and skilled at building robust relationships with influencers while supporting overall social media growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant nano and micro influencers across Instagram and YouTube.
- Assess influencer profiles based on content quality, audience relevance, engagement metrics, and authenticity.
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, collaborations, and ongoing relationships.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure deliverables meet agreed objectives.
- Support and manage brand presence across social media platforms.
- Create engaging social media content to enhance reach, engagement, and visibility.
- Track trends in influencer marketing and social media to recommend new ideas and strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution.

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing.
