Technical Support Skills: Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and incident management. Analytical Skills: Analyzing requirements and identifying solutions. Communication Skills: Communicating effectively with developers, business users, and clients. Software Development Lifecycle: Understanding of software development methodologies like Agile and Scrum. Experience with AS400 tools: iSeries Navigator, Integrated File System (IFS). Experience with Web Services, Application Integration, or Modernization areas of AS/400: (can be an added advantage).
