Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with basic accounting knowledge to join our team in the textile industry. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data management and possess a working understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update accurate data in internal systems and spreadsheets

- Maintain inventory, order, and invoice records

- Support accounting tasks such as voucher entries, expense tracking, and reconciliations

- Generate reports for management as required

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure data accuracy

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in data entry or accounting

- Basic knowledge of Tally, Excel, and GST procedures

- Familiarity with inventory or ERP software is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
