Education

- Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM BPM development
- Must have positive experience of developing complex processes
- Must have experience in developing End to End solution
- Must have good experience on consuming REST APIs

Technical Skills

- Should be expert in IBM BPM 8.6 UI framework
- Should be experienced in CSHS and integration services
- Should be experienced with BPD design
- Should have knowledge on process application deployments
- Should have experience on Oracle RDBMS and integration with IBM BPM
- Advance knowledge on events and gateways
- Should have knowledge on ODM and integration with BPM
- Should be expert in exception handelling at process and service level.

Functional Skills

- Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred




- Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
- Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies

Soft Skills

- Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectivenessby sharing deep knowledge and experience.
- Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization
- Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
