Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Conduct employee onboarding & induction to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Handle HR operations including employee database management, attendance, and payroll coordination.

-

Support performance management process and maintain appraisal records.

-

Drive employee engagement activities and support retention initiatives.

-

Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, and gratuity) maintain HR documentation.

-

Assist in policy implementation, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.

-

Prepare and maintain HR reports & dashboards for management review.

-

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide HR support across departments.

Desired Candidate Profile:

-

Postgraduate in HR field.

-

2–6 years of experience in the HR Generalist / HR Operations role.

-

Robust knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.

-

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

-

Proficiency in MS Office / HRIS tools preferred.
