1. Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)

Handle lateral hiring requirements across multiple roles
3. Conduct initial candidate screening and scheduling interviews
4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
5. Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers Ensure timely closure of positions with quality profiles
