Roles & Responsibilities:

- Source,
screen, interview, and hire candidates for various roles, primarily focused on
sales, marketing, and support teams.

- Maintain strong communication with candidates,
ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand
role requirements and ensure efficient and timely recruitment.

- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring recent
hires integrate smoothly into the team.

- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular
updates to management on progress.

Requirements

Shift Timings: 12 pm to 6 pm, 5 Days Working

Salary Up to: ​5.4 LPA

Required Qualification: MBA in Human Resource Management

Required Experience: Minimum 2 Years.
