We’re looking for an HR Lead who will be working closely with HR Manager and is passionate about building strong people practices across the employee lifecycle. This role goes beyond hiring and focuses on staffing, benefits, learning & development, and culture, while partnering closely with leaders to create a positive and scalable workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Staffing & Workforce Planning
- Manage end -to -end staffing for business -critical roles in partnership with hiring managers.
- Support workforce planning, role scoping, and timely closure of open positions
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and joining processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
HR Operations & Benefits
- Own employee benefits administration including insurance, leaves, reimbursements, and HR policies
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to benefits, policies, and HR processes
- Ensure accurate employee records, documentation, and compliance with HR processes
Learning, Development & Performance
- Support learning and development initiatives including onboarding, training programs, and skill development
- Partner with managers on performance management processes and employee growth plans
- Identify capability gaps and help drive people development initiatives.
