We are looking for a motivated and startup oriented HR to join our team. The candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities, maintain recruitment platforms, manage documentation, and conduct initial screening of candidates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
2. Recruitment Platform Management
- Manage and update job postings on various recruitment platforms.
- Track applications and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Ensure job descriptions are accurate and updated.
3. Screening & Communication
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit.
- Evaluate candidate communication skills, experience, and expectations.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation.
- Ensure all hiring-related documents are organized and updated.
- Generate basic recruitment reports and status updates.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or HR tools is mandatory.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
