Exciting Job Opportunity For Quality controller To Work In Qatar!!!




Responsibilities:


- Perform inspections on raw materials, welding processes, and finished fabricated components to verify compliance with specified standards and client requirements.

- Conduct in -process inspections to monitor production quality and promptly identify any deviations from quality criteria.

- Interpret engineering drawings, welding procedure specifications (WPS), and applicable inspection criteria.

- Prepare detailed inspection reports, non -conformance reports (NCRs), and maintain accurate, up -to -date quality documentation.

- Verify dimensional accuracy using precision measuring tools including micrometers, vernier calipers, and gauges.








Requirements



- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality control within a steel or heavy fabrication setting.

- Proven knowledge of welding standards and fabrication codes, including AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX, and ISO 9001.

- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with a focus on accuracy and clarity.

- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, report generation, and digital quality record systems.
