Excellent Job Opportunity for Sous Chef - Indian Cuisine to work in Kuwait!
Location: Kuwait
Monthly Salary: 500 KWD (Basic) + 1 Duty meal
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
Sous Chef – Indian Cuisine | Job Duties
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food production
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes (North & South Indian, Tandoor, Curries, Biryani, Gravies)
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all Indian menu items
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, commis chefs, and helpers
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety (HACCP)
- Assist in menu planning, recipe standardization, and new dish development
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
