✅ Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Graduate (Mandatory)

- Experience: Prior International Customer Support experience required

- Skillset: Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English

- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and professionally

? Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and resolve customer queries effectively

- Deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction

- Coordinate with teams for issue resolution and escalation when necessary

- Work across rotational shifts and week offs

? Salary Range: ₹26,000 – ₹29,000 CTC
