- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD/DM/DGO/DNB).
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and a practicing license.
- Hands -on experience or training in all required procedures: D&C;, LEEP, Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Oophorectomy, Tubal Ligation, Pelvic Floor Repair, Normal Vaginal Delivery, Cesarean Section, Laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy, Fibroid & Cyst Surgery, and Infertility Management (IVF).
- Proficiency in Pap Smear and Colposcopy interpretation and management.
- Solid clinical acumen, attention to detail,
and ability to manage high -pressure situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and families.
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous improvement in clinical outcomes.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on -call duties as required.
- Experience working in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred, though recent graduates with strong training and internship exposure are encouraged to apply.
