At CheQ, we approach Products the
same way we approach everything else. We love building great products,
delighting our customers, and turning the complexity of a chaotic world into
the simplicity of a beautiful solution that genuinely solves customer needs.

We're now looking for a Group Product Manager to lead our Growth and Core Experience charter, an
individual who can drive high-scale outcomes while architecting the
foundational layers that power every customer journey. You’ll lead the pod and
collaborate cross functions to shape the structural and experiential backbone
of CheQ; from app performance and personalization to acquisition, onboarding,
referrals, and lifecycle engagement.





What you’ll be doing

- Strategic Ownership & Vision: Define and own the
product vision and roadmap across Growth and Core Experience. Align customer
lifecycle initiatives with CheQ’s business goals to unlock scale.

- Core Product Infrastructure: Lead the development of
scalable systems like navigation, session management, and personalization.
Partner with Engineering and Design to ensure modular, high-performance
architecture.

- Customer Experience & Growth Innovation: Craft
seamless, intuitive user experiences by deeply understanding behavior and
friction points. Drive rapid experimentation and funnel optimization to boost
acquisition and retention.

- Performance & Reliability: Own key performance metrics
like app load speed, crash rates, and responsiveness. Champion observability
and instrumentation to maintain platform health and reliability.

- Cross-Functional Enablement: Build internal tools and
frameworks that empower teams to deliver faster and better. Collaborate with
vertical product pods to ensure unified and consistent user journeys.

What you’ll need

- 6+ years
of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead capacity

- Proven
track record in building scalable consumer products and leading
cross-functional pods.

- Experience




in growth-led roles with a strong grasp of experimentation, funnel design,
lifecycle engagement, and marketing-tech tools.

- Deep
understanding of product infrastructure, UX systems, modular design, and
performance optimization.

- High
analytical acumen along with a strong business sense that guides ROI-based
prioritization.

- Excellent
communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
- High
user empathy, a sharp product sense, and a robust execution bias.
