Roles and Responsibilities::

- Visual Conceptualization:
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop visual concepts and design ideas for marketing campaigns, brand identities, and digital assets.
- Translate client briefs and strategic insights into visually engaging designs that resonate with target audiences.

- Graphic Design:
- Create high-quality graphic designs for various mediums, including print collateral, digital advertisements, social media content, and websites.
- Develop layouts, illustrations, and typography that adhere to brand guidelines and project objectives.

- Digital Visualization:
- Design mockups and prototypes for websites, mobile apps, and digital interfaces, ensuring user experience and functionality are optimized.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to bring designs to life and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.

- Branding and Identity Design:
- Assist in developing brand identities, logos, and visual systems that convey clients' unique personalities and values.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and applications.

- Creative Collaboration:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews, providing creative input and constructive feedback to enhance project outcomes.
- Collaborate with copywriters, art directors,



and marketing strategists to execute integrated campaigns that meet client objectives.

- Presentation and Client Communication:
- Prepare visual presentations and design mockups to present to clients, effectively communicating design concepts and rationale.
- Incorporate client feedback and revisions into designs while maintaining project timelines and deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications::

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience 1-3 years as a graphic designer or visualizer, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing is a plus.
