Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership. 10+ years supporting business and technology transformations, and 5+ years in process/solution development or product management. Knowledge of functional and solution architecture, and experience with technologies such as AI and ML. Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, Prince2, Lean BB, SAFe Agilist, SAFe LPM, Blackbelt, Greenbelt are highly desirable. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and translating strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps. Desired: Telecom industry experience, financial literacy, familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean tools, and global rollout experience. Expertise in digital lean methodologies and agile delivery practices.
