This position is key in handling the tax consequences of global mobility and facilitating a smooth transition for employees across different countries. Your main objective is to reduce tax-related risks and costs, while ensuring that both the organization and its employees adhere to relevant tax laws.nnJob Description:nn * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in preparation of UK Individual Tax Returns and be ready to prepare complex UK individual tax returns (multi-state, trusts, international disclosures).nn * Prepare all types of UK individual income tax returns.nn * Demonstrate a high level of proficiency of tax technical knowledge.nn * Manage the engagement team -Set performance measurements and ensure that performance goals, including engagement economics, turnaround time and quality targets are met.nn * Communicate progress and project status to all stakeholdersnn * Knowledge of the firm policies related to confidentiality and data privacy, client acceptance and engagement letters, tax return preparer guidelines and knowledge-sharing.nn * Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently.nnnnnAdditional Informationnn * This is a full-time position nn * Work Location: Bangalore / KolkatannnnnWe are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status. n
