Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and design scalable Generative AI solutions with robust integrations, leveraging Temporal for workflow orchestration.
- Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using pgvector for similarity search and Apache AGE for graph-based reasoning.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-powered business solutions.
- Establish patterns, best practices, and reusable frameworks for GenAI applications to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Continuously evaluate emerging GenAI models, orchestration strategies, and AI services to accelerate enterprise adoption.
- Ensure data privacy, security,



and compliance across AI workflows, deployments, and integrations.

Required Skills:

- 6–12 years of experience with a solid balance of business and technical acumen.
- Expertise in Generative AI architecture and applied machine learning workflows.
- Strong proficiency with Temporal for orchestrating complex, distributed workflows.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases and embeddings, particularly pgvector.
- Experience with graph databases, ideally Apache AGE, for knowledge graphs and reasoning.
- Strong Python programming and software engineering skills.
- Understanding of LLM fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, and scalable model deployment strategies.
